Phuong Le is a Vietnamese film critic based in London. Her writing has appeared in The Guardian, Sight and Sound, MUBI’s Notebook, and other publications. A frequent panelist on BBC Radio’s Free Thinking programme, she has contributed audio commentaries, booklet essays, and video interviews to a variety of home video releases from boutique labels such as Radiance Films, Eureka, Studio Canal, and more. An experienced public speaker, she has introduced screenings for film institutes, film collectives, and special seasons. She has also moderated panels, led critics’ workshops, and presented at academic conferences internationally.
